These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cina777 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the website at https://cina777.cam and all associated products, services, games, and promotional offers made available therein.

Username and Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 7.1 Deposits

cina777 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for fiat currency methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the refund of deposits and suspension of your account. cina777 does not accept cash deposits or money orders.

Deposits are credited to your account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though transactions above MYR 50,000 may be subject to enhanced due diligence review.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

All promotions are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, which are published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to one account per household, device, or IP address unless otherwise specified;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active is capped at MYR 500 unless the promotion terms specify a different limit;
• Slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer table games, including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette, contribute 10%;

The following general betting rules apply across all cina777 products:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Platform system. Verbal confirmations and unconfirmed wagers have no standing;

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the cina777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Opening multiple accounts or registering under false or borrowed identities;
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity (money laundering);
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI agents, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human participation;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in poker or any multi-player game format;
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cina777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cina777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services, even if cina777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cina777's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cina777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that all games will be error-free, or that any specific outcome or return rate will be achieved. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss, and the Player accepts that risk in full upon registering and depositing.

13.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Accounts subject to pending KYC review may have withdrawals held until verification is complete.

13.2 Closure by cina777

cina777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if:

• We detect suspicious account activity indicative of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;

In cases of closure due to breach, outstanding balances may be subject to forfeiture following investigation. In cases of closure for business reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method.

Internal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within a maximum of 14 days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as designated by cina777's licensing authority.

Malaysian players are reminded that the courts and regulatory bodies of Malaysia do not have jurisdiction over cina777 as an internationally licensed operator. Any legal proceedings would need to be conducted in the jurisdiction governing the licence. Players are advised to consult independent legal counsel before initiating formal legal proceedings.
